General Information


  • Inspection

Each buyer is responsible for inspecting the condition of the goods upon delivery. Complaints about the quality, amount or other defects will be taken seriously. Complaints have to be reported as soon as possible.

  • Procedure

If the product does not meet the agreement the buyer is obligated to inform Forelle in writing at within two (2) weeks of finding out. The following inquiry takes the circumstances of the case into account as well as the nature and manifestation of the defect. Only in case of timely submission of a well-grounded complaint, will we choose to recall the product, deliver subsequently or compensate in the form of a credit for future purchases.

  • Image deviation

Unless specifically indicated otherwise, delivered goods can differ from the product displayed on the website or from the provided samples or examples. 



Factory seconds: 
Also known as simply 'seconds', are products which, through minor fault of manufacture, are sold by Forelle for a heavily reduced price.

Procucts marked 'Seconds' are offered at special low prices after failing an aspect of the manufacturers quality inspection. Due to the heavy discounts, our manufacturers do not offer warranty or guarantee on these products. Therefore, in turn, are we unable to offer warranty or guarantee on these products.

These products are bargains, but buyer discretion is advised.


Blemished 'Blem'

'Blem' products have minor cosmetic imperfections. We are able to offer these products at heavily reduced prices. We are however unable to approach our suppliers with warranty claims regarding these products. Therefore, in turn, we are unable to offer warranty on these products. These products are bargains but buyer discretion is advised.


Alphen aan den Rijn

After many years of running a Forelle showroom in Alphen aan den Rijn, we've decided to close it in the summer of 2019. The first floor was full of baseball & softball equipment and the second floor was full of american football equipment. The reason of closing the shop was to put our effort elsewhere. We're going to put the time and energy that we've spent on the shop in Alphen aan de Rijn in improving our online service. 

A BIG thank you to everybody who used to spent their time at the showroom in Alphen.


Na jarenlang een Forelle showroomte hebben gerund in Alphen aan den Rijn, hebben we in de zomer van 2019 besloten om deze te sluiten. De eerste verdieping was de honkbal & softbal afdeling en de tweede verdieping was de american football afdeling. De reden van het sluiten was om onze energie elders in te steken. We gaan de tijd en energie die we in de showroom in Alphen aan de Rijn kwijt waren, spenderen aan het verbeteren van onze online service.

Onze dank gaat uit naar iedereen die zijn tijd in de showroom in Alphen heeft doorgebracht.
