The Wrap + Grip Bags are part of the GSI Performance Technical Training Range and can be used in isolation or as part of the full system of products. These pieces of equipment have been specifically designed to isolate accurate body heights, tackle accuracy and the immediate tackle follow-up technique of arm wrap, strong grip and head placement, body shape and finishing off the tackle in a dominant position.
The Wrap + Grip Bags have four ‘grip’ bars running their length and surrounding the bag.
They come in three specific heights L1, L2, L3 in both Senior and Junior sizes.
