Forelle specialises in equipment and accessories for American football, baseball, and softball. Through our webshop and showroom, we supply products to athletes, teams, clubs, associations, and business customers in the Netherlands and throughout Europe.

We combine an extensive product range with specialist knowledge of our sports. Whether you are looking for your first set of equipment, a replacement part, or equipment for an entire team, our team will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.

Product range and services

Our webshop includes, among other things:

• American football helmets and facemasks;
• shoulder pads and protective clothing;
• football gloves, footwear, and accessories;
• baseball and softball gloves;
• bats, balls, and training equipment;
• catcher’s equipment and protective gear;
• teamwear, replacement parts, and club equipment.

For each product, we aim to provide as much relevant information as possible, including sizing, specifications, compatibility, and usage advice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in colour, packaging, logos, or design details may occur when a manufacturer changes or updates a product. Prices and VAT

The prices displayed on our website depend on the country of delivery, the type of customer, and the information available in the account being used.

For individual customers within the European Union, prices are generally displayed including the applicable VAT.

Different VAT rules may apply to deliveries outside the European Union. Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges in the destination country are not always included in the amount paid to Forelle. These costs may be charged to the recipient by the carrier or local authorities.

Business customers within the European Union may, under certain conditions, qualify for an intra-Community supply. A valid VAT number authorised for international transactions is required. The VAT number and company details must be provided completely and correctly and will be verified by us.

The final price and VAT treatment are determined based on factors including:

• the billing and delivery country;
• the type of customer;
• a valid and verifiable VAT number;
• the applicable tax regulations;
• the information entered in the account or order.

Customers are responsible for providing their billing and VAT details correctly and on time. Please provide any changes before the order is processed and the invoice is issued.

Ordering and payment

You can order directly through our webshop. Before completing your order, always carefully check:

• the selected products;
• the sizes, colours, and models;
• the quantities;
• the delivery address;
• the billing address;
• your email address and telephone number;
• any company and VAT details.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it immediately, please also check your spam or junk folder.

The available payment methods may vary depending on the country, customer type, and order. The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

For certain business or team orders, the products are first collected and checked. A pro forma invoice and payment link may then be sent. This may be necessary when the shipping costs depend on the number of boxes, the weight, or the dimensions of the shipment.

An order will only be processed or shipped once the agreed payment terms have been met. More information can be found on our payment methods page.

Shipping and collection

We ship orders from the Netherlands to various European countries and, where possible, to destinations outside the European Union.

The available shipping methods and shipping costs depend, among other things, on:

• the destination country;
• the weight and dimensions of the order;
• the number of parcels;
• the type of product;
• any additional carrier conditions.

Large, heavy, or unusually shaped products may be subject to higher shipping costs. In some cases, the final shipping costs can only be determined after the order has been collected and packed. More information can be found on our shipping costs page.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive, where available, an email containing tracking information. All stated delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or a local delivery partner may occur outside our control.

Collection from the showroom

An order can only be collected when this has been agreed in advance or when collection is offered as an option during checkout.

Always wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before visiting our showroom. Not all products are immediately available in the showroom, even when they are shown as being in stock in our webshop.

Our showroom employees cannot apply the same account discounts, team prices, or business conditions as those available through the webshop. Team and business orders must therefore always be placed in advance using the correct account.

Returns and warranty

Would you like to return a product because it does not fit or does not meet your expectations? Please register your return according to the instructions on our returns page .

Products must, as far as reasonably possible, be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Personalised products, specially ordered items, and used hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from return.

A return request is not the same as a warranty claim or a complaint about a product.

Problems upon delivery

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Check, among other things:

• whether all products are present;
• whether you have received the correct products and sizes;
• whether the packaging is damaged;
• whether the products have any visible damage.

Is the packaging or product damaged? Please take clear photographs of the following and send them as soon as possible to [email protected]:

• the outer packaging;
• the shipping label;
• the inner packaging;
• the product;
• the damage found.

Please keep the packaging until your report has been reviewed by our team.

Warranty and complaints

Does a product fail to meet what you could reasonably expect from it? Please send us an email as soon as possible at [email protected].

Please include the following information:

• your order or invoice number;
• the name of the product concerned;
• a clear description of the problem;
• when and under which circumstances the problem occurred;
• clear photographs or videos;
• photographs of the packaging in the event of shipping damage.

After receiving your claim, we will assess it based on the nature of the problem, the period of use, the product instructions, and the applicable terms and conditions.

Do not return a product without contacting us first. In some cases, we may ask you to return the product or a component for inspection.

Depending on the circumstances, a suitable solution may include:

• repair of the product;
• replacement of the product;
• the supply of a replacement part;
• an appropriate price reduction;
• store credit for a future purchase;
• a refund when no other appropriate solution is possible.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow the product instructions is not automatically covered by warranty. Each claim will be assessed individually.

Any manufacturer’s warranty or additional commercial warranty does not affect the statutory rights of consumers.

Business customers and teams

Forelle supplies products not only to individual customers, but also to:

• American football, baseball, and softball clubs;
• other teams and associations;
• schools and sports organisations;
• coaches and equipment managers;
• retailers and other business customers.

Special account conditions, team prices, or discount agreements may be available for clubs and teams. These conditions are linked to the approved account and do not automatically apply to purchases made in our showroom or through another account.

To make use of team or business conditions, you must always log in using the correct account before placing your order.

Business customers may be asked to provide the following information:

• the official company or club name;
• the billing and delivery address;
• a valid VAT number;
• the organisation’s registration number;
• the name and contact details of the responsible buyer;
• additional information about the club, team, or organisation.

For larger orders, team equipment, special requests, or orders containing multiple sizes, we recommend contacting us in advance. We can then check availability, pricing, delivery times, and shipping options.

Account conditions, discount codes, and team prices cannot always be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been processed.
