Returns for customers with an account

To process a return, we kindly ask you to submit a return request in your customer account under "Product Claims". The product must be returned within 90 days after the delivery of your purchase. All returns will be processed by our staff within 14 days after receiving the order.

Returns for guest users without an account

If you purchased through a guest-checkout, please find the returnlabel here. This form must be printed, filled out and be put into the box together with your invoice. The product must be returned within 90 days after the delivery of your purchase. All returns will be processed by our staff within 14 days after receiving the order.

Please Note: You are not obligated to use a certain carrier to return products. You can determine the carrier yourself. 

We can only accept returns if we can re-sell the product as new, including the original packaging. Clothing and equipment must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Girdle-, sliding- and jock shorts, restrictors and mouth guards cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons. Custom made equipment is non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to limited resell ability.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. Products can be exchanged, or we will refund the money through your original payment method.

Products can also be phisically returned in the Forelle showroom in Roermond, provided we can re-sell the products as new, including the original packaging. Make sure you bring the invoice with you, either digitally or physically.
