Returns

No merchandise may be returned without prior (written) authorization. All claims must be made within five (5) days. Authorized returns of saleable merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Forelle will give you instructions where to return your merchandise to. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customer’s expense.
