B2C: Returns

To process the return you must fill in the Return Form that came with your order and include it in the return box. If this Return Form is missing, please click here to download a new one. The product must be returned within 30 days after the delivery of your purchase. All returns will be processed within 14 days after receiving the order.

Please Note: You are not obligated to use a certain carrier to return products. You can determine a carrier of your own choice. 

We can only accept returns if we can re-sell the product as new, including the original packaging. Clothing and equipment must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Girdle-, sliding- and jock shorts, restrictors and mouth guards cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons. Custom made equipment is non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to limited resell ability.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. Products can be exchanged, or we will refund a credit for future purchases. We also provide the option to return the money to your account.

Products can also be returned in the Forelle showroom in Roermond. No Return Form is needed in this case, provided we can re-sell the products as new incluing the original packaging.
