2. OFFLINE - SHOWROOM SALES

Customers are also welcome to visit our showroom in Roermond. B2B customers are required to make an appointment first. The following payment methods are possible in the showroom:

• Debit Card: Maestro, EC etc.
• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (ID required)
• Cash: Euro Only (not during Coronavirus)

KLARNA

Klarna is one of the largest online payment methods of Europe. The Klarna Group is active in 17 markets and serve more than 90 million consumers. 

When you order with the payment option Klarna Pay Later, you can order today and pay after 14 or 30 days. If you want to pay sooner than after 14 or 30 days, that's also possible. Please advice the chart below to see in which countries Klarna is eligible and what the time to pay is.

• How should I complete the payment of a Klarna Pay Later order?

When you order with the payment option Klarna Pay Later, you'll receive extra emails from Klarna. After your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email from Klarna with all the details about your payment. Please follow these instructions when completing the payment of your Klarna order and do not pay via bankwire to Forelle. 

• What should I do when I want to (partially) cancel my Klarna order?

When you want to cancel your order paid by Klarna Pay Later, please contact our customer service and we will cancel your order manually. Also if you want to cancel a part of your order, please contact our customer service.

• Why can't I pay with Klarna Pay Later?

The Klarna payment option is dependent of your location. At this moment, Klarna is available in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France and Finland.
