The Cut-Block Hammer is part of the GSI Performance Technical Training Range and can be used in isolation or as part of the full system of products. The Cut-Block Hammer is a technical training aid that has been specifically developed to isolate the simulation of the “cut-block” technique within a contact drill.

The Cut-Block Hammer is made up of a rectangular body and half cylinder contact head. Within the rectangular body there are weights placed at the front of the body in behind the cylinder head, this allows the training aid to gather momentum when thrown at an oncoming player.
