Add the selected product to the shoppingcart. You will now see the item in your shoppingcart. You can choose Continue shopping or Continue to account. Please select your country from the dropdown menu. You see the total amount of the order, including shipping and discounts (if applicable). Click Continue to account.
On the Account tab you can create an account, or login if you already have one. Use the Copy billing information button if the delivery address is the same as the billing address. Specify an emailaddress (this will be used as your username) and choose a password.
On the Shopping details tab you'll see the summary of the order and the billing and delivery addresses. In the Remark box you can add additional information/requests. If everything is correct, proceed with Continue to payment.
On the Payment tab you can select you preferred payment method. We currently offer two methods:
Click Confirm your order to complete ordering.
When does my order get delivered?
If you pay directly using Paypal, iDeal or one of the other services mentioned, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. This is usually within a couple of work days, but can take longer in busy times. If you choose Bank wire (in advance), you will be sent a proforma within 2-4 workdays. The shipping date depends on when the amount due is received in our account. This is usually within a couple of working days after reception of payment, but can take longer. Orders with Bank wire (in advance) take at least 4 days before they are shipped.
Can I collect my order at one of the showrooms?
This is possible. Please place the order using the webshop. Then send an email to email@example.com or make a phone call to +31-(0)475-334560 in which you mention that you want to collect the order in one of the showrooms. Please specify at which showroom you want to collect. We will let you know when your order is ready to be collected.
