The HOG HANDLER is a foam-filled angular shield (of 9 lbs. - available in blue only). Measures 5½'' thick by 20'' wide by 50'' long with five handles. Forces blocker to hit low and maintain a flat back. Use it to practice rooting out a submarine charge from a head-up or inside gap alignment. Also useful for teaching a reach or scramble block against a man on an outside shade.

The coaching point is to get underneath the pads of a defender by firing out low and getting the proper shoulder fit at the point of attack!
