When it's time to ''tee off'' on a bag, this is the bag of choice. Use it for ''kick-out'' block with your Fullbacks and ''crack back'' blocks with your Wide-Outs. Sack it with your Rush Ends. Let the gunners of your coverage team ''sell-out'' when tackling this bag. Also valuable as a general purpose dummy.

The coaching point is to sprint to the bag, step on the toes of the defender, and then explode!
